GG DAO prohibits the use of any service involving transactions on the GG DAO platform including, but not limited to the purchase, sale, exchange, issuance, storing, holding, or custody of any digital assets by residents of the state of New York. While it is possible to access the platform and its services from the state of New York, residents of the state of New York shall not transact with GG DAO. Residents of the state of New York are not authorized to engage in any transaction with GG DAO, and such residents will be refused from engaging with GG DAO. Accordingly, residents of states other than New York who elect to engage with GG DAO may be required to disclose residence. Residents of the state of New York shall acknowledge that GG DAO does not hold a valid BitLicense and therefore will not engage with residents of the state of New York.

Rewards

GG DAO permits users to mint their NFT, use their character in-game, and use potions and other accessories to alter their NFT. During gameplay, players may enter competitions to win cryptocurrency and exclusive NFT’s. Competitions reward players based upon their performance, provisioning awards/rewards to the winner. Any purchases from GG DAO’s website or OpenSea provide no advantage for competitive, play-to-earn or tournament gameplay and are purely for aesthetic purposes. In non-play-to-earn modes such as non-competitive, recreational play modes the purchased items such as potions and other accessory items may provide bonus character attributes.

Moreover, during gameplay GG DAO may award users with Tokens and other rewards such as Game Participation Rewards. Tokens are issued in accordance with the parameters set forth in the Tokenization section. Game Participation Rewards are provisioned either (1) to the winner(s) of a competition or (2) skill-based performance in competitive play modes, or (3) by random selection. Any awards or rewards issued by random selection is done gratuitously by GG DAO without consideration from the player. Random reward selection criteria consider factors relating to the user skill including but not limited to: account lifetime, lifetime gameplay hours, level. Game Participation Reward selection criteria do not consider purchases from GG DAO’s website or OpenSea.
